In connection with your reservation, it is possible to order extra services, from breakfast to flowers or a bottle of wine. Should you require services that are not bookable on-line, please feel free to conatct us, and we will do our utmost to assist.
Taxes
25% VAT as well as services are included in the rate.
Cancellation Policy
No charge if cancellation occurs minimum 72 hours prior to booking date at 14.00. Cancellation less than 72 hours before, will incur payment for the first night of the booking. Please read the specific terms of the rate that you book, as some rates have other terms that are applicable.
Creditcard fee
As of May1st 2011 all payment by creditcards will be subject to a transaction fee, ranging from 0,75% to 5% depending on the card - exact fee is available in reception on arrival. CASH Payment is a possible alternative.
Instead of raising the overall room rate, we prefer to give our guests the option of paying in cash or with one of the less expensive credit cards, and obtain more value for money. Information regarding charges for the various credit cards is available at reception. We charge no more than the fee imposed on us by the credit card companies, and make no profit from it.
